Prive’ Community

A newsletter will be sent out detailing the availability of units who are only available to the members and also to announce the monthly events.

Prive’ is not an ordinary community.  Live on grounds, make it a regular stop, or swing in for a weekend getaway - with up to 49 other couples who value and respect sex positive freedom.  

Cultivated by the staff, there are certain conditions that need to be met before being accepted as a member.

• Active in the lifestyle

• Not be a problem drinker

• Be a couple/triad/partners

Club Members: pays $10 a month as a membership fee. Included in that is: access to book time at the Prive that includes; the pool, cabana shower/bar&tv/loft bedroom, drink mixers.

Hot tub of 101 degrees
Outdoor shower head
Seating areas - lounge chairs & table with umbrella
Fire pit

Monthly social at the pool including:

• Sex education / entertainment

• Good company and tunes

• Bartender and mixers

Lounge and play as bare as you please in the clothing optional lush courtyard with heated pool, hot tub, and cabana house. 

• Exquisite Prive’ garden kept blossoming all year

• Maintenance contract for weekly cleaning of shared space.

Mounted TV (viewable from the pool)

Beautiful bar with stools; 2 mini fridges; ice machine; stocked with mixers as well as places to leave your own labeled alcohol

Spacious walk-in stone shower 

Bedroom loft (you clean up after yourself on that one in case someone else wants to use it after you).

These one-bedroom, one bathroom apartments are fully furnished and right on the property so you don’t miss any of the action
